Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, Mr. Shepardson Grew up in Dayton, Ohio. He earned both his Bachelor of Arts and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1971. Phil officially retired December 31, 2017.
Phil enjoys spending the winter months in Florida with his family. During the summers in Cincinnati, he enjoys visiting his grandkids and other family members. Phil can also often be found savoring some red wine and playing a few rounds of golf.
