Mr. Gueltzow concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and taxation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gueltzow operated his practice in Louisville, Kentucky, focused on estate planning and administration, real estate transactions, and small business needs.
Mr. Gueltzow received his Juris Doctorate in 2010 from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where he was Vice-President of the Moot Court Board and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. In 2006, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English Composition and Literature from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Mr. Gueltzow is admitted to the practice of law in The Commonwealth of Kentucky and the state of Ohio. He is also admitted to federal practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Mr. Gueltzow is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
