Brenda M Kloos is Of Counsel with Beckman Weil Shepardson LLC and practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, charitable giving, and retirement benefit planning. This includes all aspects of wealth transfer planning, planning for potential incapacity or disability, for the future well being of family members, and all related documentation and gifting or charitable entities.
Ms. Kloos received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College, Alma, Michigan, and her law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she was an Editor of the Law Review and graduated summa cum laude.
Ms. Kloos is past chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association, past chair of the Advanced Estate Planning Institute presented annually by that committee, and continues to serve as a member of the committee. She is also involved in numerous community and charitable activities, prior involvement with the Planned Giving Committee of the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati, and currently serving on the Accountability and Services Cabinet of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
