Mr. Brown practices primarily in the area of commercial real estate, representing institutional property owners, investors, small business operators, retailers, and individuals in all aspects of commercial real estate. Mr. Brown represents business clients with regard to the purchase and sale of a variety of commercial property, including office, industrial, hotel, and retail properties. He advises and assists clients in construction matters and dispute resolution. Mr. Brown is a frequent lecturer at continuing education seminars on commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Brown also handles residential real estate matters such as acquisitions, title issues, easements, closings and development; and assists homeowners in reaching satisfactory resolutions to disputes with contractors.
Mr. Brown began his career leasing office and industrial space with a regional developer. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of law in 1997. Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Marketing in 1989 at the University of Cincinnati College of Business. Since law school, Mr. Brown has practiced with other premier real estate practice groups, and developed a successful sole practice.
Mr. Brown resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife and two children. He has served on boards for the East Walnut Hills Assembly, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, as well as local home owners’ associations.
