Originally from Lowell, Massachusetts, Mr. Shepardson grew up in Dayton, Ohio. He obtained both his Bachelor of Arts and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1971. He is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the American Bar Association where he is a member of the Section on Business Law as well as the Health Law Forum Committee. He is a member of the Boards of Trustees of Lighthouse Youth Services, Inc., Lighthouse Community School, and past President of Sigma Sigma, an honorary fraternity at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Shepardson focuses his practice in the areas of Institutional Law, General Business, particularly Corporate Law and Securities Regulation Law, as well as Estate Planning and Probate Administration and Finance & Taxes.
