Ms. Leyshock represents clients in a variety of litigation matters including employment law, family law, and landlord-tenant law. Ms. Leyshock's employment practice includes the representation of employees and employers in claims related to sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, unemployment, covenants not to compete, and age, race, gender, and disability discrimination. In the area of Family Law, Ms. Leyshock assists clients with divorce, dissolution, prenuptial and post-decree matters, as well as child custody, visitation, and support proceedings.

While attending Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Ms. Leyshock participated in the National Trial Advocacy Team and was one of two advocates on the champion trial team at the 2005 Kentucky Intrastate Mock Trial Competition. In 2002, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Psychology, magna cum laude, from Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky.

Ms. Leyshock is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

Ms. Leyshock lives in the East Row Historic District of Newport, Kentucky and is active in her community, including serving on the board of the Welcome House in Covington, Kentucky.
