Ms. Leyshock serves clients in the area of Business and Personal Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law, and Institutional Law. Ms. Leyshock's employment practice includes the representation of employees and employers in claims related to sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, unemployment, covenants not to compete, and age, race, gender, and disability discrimination. In the area of Family Law, Ms. Leyshock assists clients with divorce, dissolution, and prenuptial matters, as well as child custody, visitation, and support proceedings. While attending Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Ms. Leyshock participated in the National Trial Advocacy Team and was one of two advocates on the champion trial team at the 2005 Kentucky Intrastate Mock Trial Competition. In 2002, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Psychology, magna cum laude, from Ms. Leyshock is admitted to practice law in the State of Ms. Leyshock lives in the East Row Historic District of Newport, Kentucky and is active in her community.
