Laurie Lamb serves clients in the areas of Real Estate Condominium Law, and Business & Personal Litigation. With respect to Real Estate, Ms. Lamb represents both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real property transactions. With respect to Condominium Law, Ms. Lamb assists Ohio and Kentucky condominium developers with conversion condominiums and new construction condominiums. She also represents area condominium associations. In addition, Ms. Lamb represents plaintiffs and defendants in business personal litigation such as contract disputes, landlord/tenant law, negligence claims, construction and commercial and personal real estate disputes.
Ms. Lamb resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband and son.
