Laurie Lamb serves individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations in the area of Real Estate and Condominium Law.
With respect to Real Estate, Laurie represents both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real property transactions including acquisitions, conveyances, new construction development, leases, title issues, closings, easements, mortgages, property tax exemption applications, property valuation complaints with the Board of Revision, and low-income housing tax credits. She is a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio.
With respect to Condominium Law, Laurie assists Ohio and Kentucky condominium developers with conversion condominiums and new construction condominiums. She also advises and counsels area condominium associations on various issues including unpaid assessments, liens, enforcement, and the interpretation and amendment of condominium documents.
Laurie resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband and two children.
