Mr. Li serves clients in the areas of business and personal litigation, employment and labor law, corporate law, finance and taxes, and intellectual property law, including copyrights and trademarks.

Mr. Li's employment practice includes the representation of employees and employers in claims related to sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, defamation, and age, race, gender, and disability discrimination. Mr. Li helps individuals and organizations with intellectual property matters, including registration of trademarks, service marks, and copyrights.

Mr. Li obtained his law degree from the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal and a member of the Sports Law Moot Court team. Mr. Li received his MBA from Kent State University in 2003 and earned his Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Digital Illustration from Shawnee State University in 2000.

Mr. Li is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Ohio, Cincinnati, and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Li and his family reside in Madeira, Ohio.
