Attorneys

Ms. Anstaett practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Administration, Elder Law, Business Organizations, and Institutional Law. She advises clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including lifetime gifting and transfers at death, estate planning for families with children with disabilities, and asset protection planning. She also assists clients with trust and estate administration, guardianship proceedings, and Medicaid planning. In addition, she advised corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships in general business matters, including formation and dissolution, organizational structure, business succession, business and employment contracts, and general transactional matters.

Ms. Anstaett is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law (2001), where she was Lead Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in English and History from Centre College in 1998.

A longtime Kentucky resident, Ms. Anstaett is active in the local community, serving on the Planned Giving Committee of the Alzheimer's Association, the Boards of Directors of Franciscan Haircuts from the Heart and Pro Seniors, Inc., and on her church's administrative council. She is also a member of the Kentucky and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati Bar Associations, and the Association for Professionals in Aging. Ms Anstaett also serves on the Cincinnati Bar Association's Basic Estate Planning Seminar Committee and is the chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Elder Law Committee. Ms. Anstaett is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She was named a Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, and 2010 by Cincinnati Magazine, and she was also named a Cincy Leading Lawyer by Cincy Magazine in 2008.

Ms. Anstaett and her husband, Patrick, reside in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, with their sons, Marshall and Griffin.
