

Attorney Profiles Brian R. Redden Cincinnati, Ohio
Mr. Redden services clients in the areas of general business and personal litigation, including construction, labor and employment, environmental, and criminal litigation. On a day-to-day basis, Mr. Redden assists clients in broad-based business matters, including employment discrimination, trade secret, and non-compete litigation; commercial and personal real estate; construction law, particularly in the areas of mechanic's liens, lien enforcement, and general and subcontractor issues; personal injury and wrongful death; and criminal defense. In addition, Mr. Redden has experience in representing professional athletes in the negotiation and enforcement of player and endorsement contracts. In that capacity, Mr. Redden has assisted a number of professional athletes in the creation and operation of charitable foundations and for-profit businesses. Mr. Redden has practiced before state and federal courts in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. A lifelong Cincinnatian, Mr. Redden is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio Bar, Cincinnati Bar, American Bar, and Sports Lawyers Associations. Mr. Redden is a cum laude graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University where he was awarded the Student Bar Association Representative of the Year Award for the 1997-1998 school year and where he received recognition in Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities during the 1998-1999 school year. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in history from Xavier University in 1994. Mr. Redden is deeply involved in the Greater Cincinnati community, including his service on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Cincinnati Sports Corporation, the Board of Trustees of Teen Response, Inc., the Planning Committee for the Xavier University Alumni Networking Group, and at Saint Margaret of York Roman Catholic parish in Loveland. He has served as an adjunct professor at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio since 1999. Mr. Redden resides in Deerfield Township with his wife, Christa, and three children, Catherine, Hannah, and Patrick.
